I'm Ethan
After completing the KO8 Certification in 2016, I was motivated and encouraged to get my own studio, in which the first piece of equipment I invested in was 10 KO8s.
A few fun years, I then headed to Dubai to work with the team at KO8 Dubai, which was incredible.
Fast forward to today, I have taken on the roll to head up the education side after being inspired by the aspirations of the company along side the community they have built. So I'm here to tell you how beneficial it can and will be for you!

We know how important it is to learn the basics, and develop from the foundation. Functional training is what the KO8 is built around and the certification's core programming. You'll learn:
- How to move correctly, in any direction at any given time.

You’ll finish this course with a new found understanding of what the body can do, but also what we should be doing to enhance our own bodies.
OBJECTIVE 2
The Secret To Teaching
Anyone can put anybody through a high-intensity, sweaty workout, but our trainers learn how to coach, how to teach in order for their client to learn. You'll learn to:
- Educate each movement pattern with expert knowledge
- Demonstrate the perfect regressions & progressions
- Perform alternative moves for different types of clientele.
By knowing how to educate your client correctly, not only makes your job easier as they'll understand why, it will also put you on the elite level, with an elite premium price tag..
